These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all services provided by Fast EV Charger Install (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to you (“Customer,” “Client,” or “you”). By requesting or accepting services from us, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.
1. Services Provided
We provide electric vehicle (EV) charger installation services for residential and commercial properties. This includes consultation, installation, minor electrical upgrades, and basic testing. Any work beyond the standard scope will be discussed and quoted separately.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are based on information provided and may change if conditions at the installation site vary. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Any additional materials or work required outside the original quote will incur additional charges, subject to customer approval.
3. Scheduling and Site Access
Appointments will be scheduled after estimate approval. The customer must ensure safe, unobstructed access to the site. Missed appointments or unprepared sites may result in a $75 rescheduling fee.
4. Permits and Compliance
If required, electrical permits will be discussed during the consultation. The customer is responsible for obtaining property owner or HOA permissions unless agreed otherwise. All installations follow current NEC (National Electrical Code) and local codes.
5. Equipment and Warranty
We install both customer-supplied and company-supplied EV charging units.
6. Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice incur no fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged a $75 cancellation fee.
Non-refundable deposits may apply when materials are purchased in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

We are not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor strikes, material shortages, weather conditions, or utility company disruptions.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes not resolved informally will be handled through binding arbitration under Washington State law. The venue for arbitration shall be in Snohomish County, WA.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
